Tax consultancy Tax advice does not begin with the preparation and submission of a tax return, but rather with the establishment of a company, company expansions, investment decisions, loan comparisons and much more. It makes sense to consider the tax implications in advance.

Financial accounting We would be happy to work with you to create a concept for converting your accounting from paper-based records to digital accounting. To do this, simply send us your records by e-mail to the e-mail address set up for you personally or upload them directly to our server. Of course we do the bookkeeping in English, so you will get all monthly and annual assessments in English as well.

Preparation of annual financial statements We will be pleased to take care of the preparation of your annual financial statements, balance sheets, income/surplus statements and tax returns. We answer your questions, provide proactive advice and determine all the necessary key figures (almost) independently, which we prepare conscientiously on the basis of German commercial and tax law. Of course, this also includes filing and publishing your annual financial statements in the company register, as well as submitting the e-balance sheet and tax returns to the tax authorities.

Business consulting We advise you on starting a business, business planning, bank meetings, possible expansion considerations, company acquisitions and sales, succession planning, employee searches, conversions and many other issues, including business closure/liquidation. We don't speak in technical jargon, we speak your language. If we reach our limits, we can fall back on a broad network of specialists who will help us move forward together.

Payroll accounting Digitalization is also making inroads in this area. Store contracts and other payroll documents digitally and in an audit-proof manner in your employee's digital personnel file via “Unternehmen online”. Record the transaction data (hours worked, vacation days, etc.) and make your employees' wage and salary statements available via “Arbeitnehmer online”. This means that each employee can view, download or print their employees' wage and salary statements, income tax certificates and social security statements as often as they like, even after a long period of time, without having to disturb you with this again.

Digital co-operation The topic of digitalization is a perennial issue and affects all of our companies and also our private lives. We have been embracing digitalization since 2011 and have extensive expertise in introducing digital processes into companies. However, change is only possible if people accept and implement the upcoming innovations and developments.

International Today, the world is a village. Many of the companies we support have international business relationships or are subsidiaries of foreign companies.
