- 1982–1985 Training as an office clerk
- 1989–1992 Studied business administration at the University of Economics and Politics in Hamburg
- 1992–1994 Audit assistant at an auditing firm in Kiel
- 1995–2008 Worked for a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm in Lübeck
- Since 2000: Tax consultant and authorised signatory at this firm. Main areas of activity: Auditing and advising medium-sized family businesses, private individuals and public sector companies, preparing expert reports, supporting company acquisitions and advising start-ups.
- Since October 2008: Self-employed tax consultant

After 13 years of working for a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm, I set up my own business in Lübeck in 2008 – in the middle of the financial crisis – from scratch. At the end of 2010, together with two colleagues, I came up with the idea of founding a local partnership. From the outset, I was enthusiastic about the idea of being able to offer my clients a portfolio of services comparable to that of a large tax consultancy, combined with the individual attention of a smaller, single office.
Even today, I am still convinced by the concept that I know all my clients and their current situation personally and can respond to their needs. Thanks to the close contact with the respective case worker in my office, I am fully informed. I am happy to have found responsible, committed and well-trained employees whom I can trust to take care of my clients.
Initially, I only worked in Lübeck. In recent years, however, the focus of my work has expanded to Trittau in the Hamburg suburbs. Nevertheless, we are there for you at both locations and always just a phone call away.

In addition to the activities already described, our focus is, among other things, on advising on the digitization of companies, supporting German companies and branches of foreign entrepreneurs, as well as providing support for conversions and answering inheritance tax and gift tax questions.
